Buying your I-Sonic here on the Polk Audio website is completely risk free. You have our 30-day, 100% money back guarantee. We will even provide you with a fully pre-paid label for return shipping.

How do I order by phone?
Just call our toll-free number, 888-869-4375, during the hours of 8a.m. to midnight, Monday through Friday, and 9a.m. to 7p.m., Saturday and Sunday, Eastern Standard Time.
How do I print an invoice?
After placing your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation page. This is your invoice. You will also receive this information as an email.

U.S. and Canada Sales only
As of now, Polk Audio will only ship to U.S. and Canadian addresses.
Sales to end users only
The I-Sonic is available for purchase by end users only. We do not authorize resale of the I-Sonic or any other Polk Audio product.
Returns
We will accept returns for thirty (30) days after purchase. If you are dissatisfied with the I-Sonic, give customer service a call (888-869-4375) and then ship it back to us. We will reimburse you for the cost of the product and shipping both ways. We won’t charge you a restocking fee either. Why do we have such a generous return policy? Because we’re confident that our customers will love the I-Sonic.
